If your printer breaks down, you can purchase a Hot Swap® Saver plan that same day. The Hot Swap® Saver option of your choice will be shipped to you out of our stock.

After you receive your replacement, pack your disabled printer in the box provided and we will arrange for it to be picked up. All broken barcode label printers qualify for this plan!
